How do I get action replay

I want to get to a certain area( top of the castle) and I want moon jump how do I get the action replay

The only place I've seen a action replay was at a store like Wal-mart. I imagine they have action replay's at gaming stores too. Just visit some stores and ask the staff if they have them and they should direct you. ~

Action replay is a cheating device for games. It looks like a DS game but helps you add cheats onto games, I do believe.
