I have 47 stars and I can't get luigi. Where is the luigi key.

In the Big Boo's Haunt level, enter the mansion. Go upstairs & into the door on the right. In the corner should be a red box. Use it to float up to a secret room. Jump into the Luigi painting. There will be a maze section. Once you get through it, you will battle King Boo. If you beat him, you will receive the Luigi Key.
