Question for Super Mario 64 DS

I HAVE 68 STARS AND I need 14 stars and I will see a light coming from the top of the castle inside the castle and press the x button and look up to the light and I will go to the secret world fly to middle tower press the big red button and have access to red boxeS???? THE VOICE JUST SAYS "HELLO MARIO" HELP ME!!!!
