Does anyone know how where to ground pound to drain the moat!?

In the basement, go into the plain wooden door next to Hazy Maze Cave, There should be a room full of water, with two pillars. If you can't see the pillars, swim under the water to the other part of the room. Ground Pound the pillars to drain the moat.

Go to the room in the basement full of water with two pillars coming out of the water. Ground pound both the pillars.

Defeat Bowser in the Dark World and unlock the basement. Turn right after walking through the single door and locate a door on a raised platform. Swim down into the pool and resurface when you see two pillars. Pound each one twice to release the water from the moat.
