Question for Super Mario 64 DS

Hi I was wondering what do you do on mission with the fish on and the picture with the air bubbles im stuck on the one called switch star of the bay please contact quick?

It would be best to start off as Yoshi with the Wario cap in this level.

Swim to the island with the 3 black blocks. Smash the one in the back and run over the switch.

Then QUICKLY hit the ! block and jump on the shell. Ride right over to the other side of the bay and hit the star.
