How do I unlock the ! Box behind the waterfall because it wont show up where it is supposed to is there anything I have to do before I go in there?

You just go to the basement open the with the key from the first bowser to the level where there you enter in a black hole and go to the sea monster ground pound on his back get on his head and go to the door open the door and continue the level
