I wish I knew more of what you meant. I know of a glitch that might be associated with it, as Actionshark has told me. He said that there is a major glitch in the game where you can use the cannon outside of the castle to fly through the castle into some weird place...

No it's not in this game.

It was in Super Mario 64 but that is all.
