Hello, I am a new user, but how the hell do you unlock the second floor?

To unlock the second floor you must beat the bowser in the basement.You must have 30 stars to get to the bowser. To unlock Wario you must go to the second floor and and go to the mirror room.You must get the flower with Luigi and he will turn invisible and you can go inside the mirror to go inside Warios picture.

Well you can't go to the 2nd floor until you get at least 30 stars. Go to the basement and get a few more stars down there.

After all that, and when you get 30 stars, go to the 2nd floor with Luigi. One of the doors with a star on should lead you to this room with a large mirror. If your with Luigi, 2 flowers should appear. Get it and you'll be able to walk through the mirror. Then, jump in to the Luigi/Wario painting, you'll know what to do from there on...

To unlock the second floor you have to beat bowser in the sky first{that is the big star door on the left, up the stairs when you the castle}, that will give you a key to the down stairs door. Go into the wooden door to the right or left and go down stairs in to the door with a key hole in it. Go to the right, down the hall there are 3 new courses, Leathal Lava Land, Shifting Sand Land, and Hazy Maze Cave. Get 30 stars and go back to the to beginning of the hall were there is a big star door, go into it and you will see a big wall of water, jump into it, it is a new course, get the first star and exit the level and a hole in the floor will be in front of the water wall. Go into it and beat Bowser. He will give you the key to the second floor.

To get Wario use Luigi, there is a gap in the wall and a door in the middle in the room. Go into it and get a power flower, go through the mirror and jump through the picture of Wario and beat Chief Chilly.

To unlock the second floor you have to beat Bowser WHEN HE IS IN THE BASEMENT.To unlock Wario you have to unlock Luigi.After you unlock Luigi go to the mirror room with him, get the power flower, go through the mirror jump into the Wario picture on the far right and beat the level.

I think you have to beat Bowser in the basement. He will give you a key then. Use it to open the door to the second floor.

Well first, to unlock the second floor, you must defeat bowser in the basement. (You have to beat the big water wall's first star to get to bowser) Once you defeat him, he will give you a key to the SECOND FLOOR!!!!! Go upstairs into the donut shaped room then walk around the room looking at the outer wall to find a door. Go inside it. (You must be Luigi to get Wario) It is the mirror room. Look at the pillars inside to see a flower. Make Luigi touch one and he'll turn invisible. Go through the mirror and look to your right.(For another secret star go through the door in the mirror) Go through the Wario picture and beat the level to get Wario!!!!

After beating Bowser the second time and getting the key, I am confused. I have no place to put the key. How many floors of the castle are there?

If and ONLY if you have gotten ONLY mario back, then the next level is in the DUNGEON! ( underground) To get there, you must go in the castle, then once in the main hall, go into the door WITHOUT a star on it. Then take a sharp left, and there it is!

Also, you DO NOT have to use Mario to beat Bowser, in case you are wondering. You can even use Yoshi against him, and Bowser will produce Wario, Luigi, and Mario caps to wear so that you may bust up the big dragonturtle.
