Help!

I have 51 stars and I can't find Luigi...

Also I can't beat Tick Tock Clock (Course 14) Luigi in The Cage!

Help answer ASAP....

You can get Luigi by going through his picture in the fifth level.

To find Luigi, you have to go into BIG BOO'S HAUNT and go into the house, then go into the door at the far left next to the fence, you will see a RED? block use mario and get the flower, go up to the floor above you, go into the door and jump into the Luigi painting.
