Waluigi and Darth Maul are not playable characters in the game.

Darth maul is not in the game BUT there is a 20% chance that there is an action replay code for waluigi. But it is very small. Don't be upset.

AR code edit RAM not ROM

To hack waluigi into the game, you'd need the make a mesh (3D thing where the shape is outlined (i.e: a cube mesh)) since you can't retexture (change the appearance to fit with the mesh) anything to make it fit.
Same thing goes for Darth Maul
So NO THERE IS NO DARTH MAUL/WALUIGI

I have got yoshi, mario, luigi, wario,waluigi, sonic,and meta knight but not darth maul. You gotta figure that out.
To get Waluigi I forgot but you need 150 stars

To get Waluigi you have to get 150 stars, and then you gotta get on top of the cannon, and then eat the three one-ups and get to the top, and then you have to get 200 coins on Tiny-Huge Island by being yoshi and hitting that spiky thing Lakitu drops down and throwing it at a wall until you get 200 coins, then go to wario's room and then the empty room and you got Waluigi!!

I don't know how to get Darth Maul.
Or sonic or shadow or kirby or king dedede or knuckles or tails.

But I do have Meta Knight
