the people who made this game should have made a cheat option in the actual game i can understand that some people would like that and i cant argue but it needs to happen and if they want to argue about it they can kiss my ass

He's there because the mirror reflects the 'real' Lakitu, who is the camera

Well my opinion I think that you have to be yoshi and try to catch him with your tounge. But the thing is face him don't zoom in because if you do and you turn while you zoom in he wont stay there he will just stay behind you well anyways try it it might work.
