I have recently found all 150 power stars. When I shoot myself to the top of the castle all I found was Luigi's rabbit and three 1-ups. Someone told me there would be a cap. If there is can you tell me where it is and how to get it.

That person is probably referring to the Waluigi Rumor. There is no cap.
