How do you switch the "?" botton and where do you find it. And I don't have Luigi.!!!!

The ? Button is in the sky... I don't remember when but if I were to say when you can get to it is by beating bowser for the first time and then after that to get to it you have to be inside the castle and in the beginning before going up the stairs there is a design in the middle of the floor. What you have to do is face the stairs and then look up a the celing then you will be transported to the sky ontop of a castle.

And for luigi, he is inside the cage in the haunted mansion and then he is trapped inside a painting.. I wont get into details but you'll be able to find him
