Dominic does not date you, the only farthest you get towards real love with Dominic is at the end of the international contest and he blushes at you

Apparently if you visit his mansion twice a day for a few months then you eventually get set up on a date with him by Godfrey but I don't know if this actually works... I will give it a try and let you know!
