Well, you must have these coin type things( I don't exactly know what they're called) but they are purple and appear at the bottem of the dock bar where the gems, keys, dragon eggs, crystals, mushrooms, and butterflies appear too. If you have two, you'll be able to enter by going up to the door, and clicking "A" once, so the coin things appear on the door, then you click "A" then "X" to enter, then you can defeat the shadow minon.But if you don't have two, you should do the quests you have, and start buy the keys for cheats!
