Question for Sprung: The Dating Game

I am playing as Becky and I can't get Conor to go out with me he says LET'S JUST BE FRIENDS next time I do it he says LET'S GO TO THE BATHROOM AND MAKE-OUT,also he says(I forgot the other but there is something else he says but I just can't seem to get him to go out with me).
