On the Blue Crystal level, all of my chests except the one containing the heart were open before Mr. Krabs got to them. I cannot 'find' the treasures inside of them because this. Is there some thing I must trigger to be able to get the treasure inside?

At my game, this turned out te be an error: I started a new game on other empty profile, and then all chests were closed and I had no problems opening them and receiving the shapes.
