You need to use the dark spectrobes that you find on darkmos and the ones in the dark lake in Fons the Zyra (Blue guy) and the dark darucho work really well but it took me a few tries so I recommend farming with BOTH of them (dark darucho and zyra) until they get to evolved stage and then you can beat Maja. I tried about 6 times with regular spectrobes and I got destroyed by her Pinksa (Dark Spikan) and Makanato (Dark Komanato) and I got destroyed another 3 times because I didn't have both active spectrobes as dark spectrobes but in short be careful, try not to walk directly at them and USE DARK SPECTROBES (Sorry if this seems like a rant)

The first time you face them, you can't kill them. They get to 1 hp and are invincible, I tried. It's just the way the plot is, which is annoying because I could have beaten them first try. The second time you face them on Darkmos you have to have at least one of your spectrobes dark or you face the same problem. I used Pahazoa and Samurite (not dark).
