I used giga on a fossil on accident and IT WORKED...did I hit a glitch or something like that???????

No. It happens almost every time with minerals. As long as you've dug it up before. But with fossils, the number on the top, where it says the number and then the percent sighn, that's the percent that you've dug up from the fossil.

It's also the percent chance that you have that the giga tool will work. Usually when it's 80% or more, it works. It works a lot esier with minerals though.

No you just got to a high enough digging level becouse it works for me now to.
