You go to that guy on kollin. The one that gives you the weapons and stuff. First you unlock the corona suit leval 5 and then you have to pay 1250 gura to get it

It is in kollin area 1. By the place were you first got your weapons.

You get it from HQ but the price is 12500 gura so I would save up for it
