Nope, only sonic and Blaze for this game. Thats...sorta...the whole point of the game to be able to play as just Sonic and Blaze...

There was a prerelease of this game that never happened called Sonic DS, where you could play as Sonic,Blaze,Tails,Cream,Knuckles,and Shadow. But, Tails and Cream became tag-alongs. Knuckles is only in the cutscenes and Shadow was removed period. Now you can only play as Sonic and Blaze in Sonic Rush.:(((
