Ok it is impossible to beat Zone F, when the guy shakes his arm you can't hold on until you're at the top and it doesn't give you enough time so can someone please tell me how to beat it?

NO! It's not impossable I beat it the first time and wen we starts to twich hold down and you hang on esey
He's really easy (sadly, he actually ISN'T the final bos...). If you really feel stuck, first, go to the options menu. Change the difficulty to 'easy'. Then, battle him again. After he smashes his arm down 3 or 4 times, he stops. That's your signal to jump on him and start running up his arm. Look on the lower-right side of the screen. When a control pad icon pops up, press and hold down. Keep holding it until he stops shaking his arm. Then, jump over his shoulder and jump again to hit his head. That deals 1 damage to him. Repeat this six times if on normal and four times if on easy. Hope that helps!
P.S. About the secret final boss I mentioned before, beat Blaze's game and Sonic's game with all Sol Emeralds (received in blaze's game after beating a boss) and chaos emeralds (received after beating a bonus level in Sonic's game). Then, on the character select screen, you may enter Extra Mode, where you can play as Super Sonic and Burning Blaze!
