How do you get de bug for sonic and knuckles and sonic 3 & knuckles

You can only get debug for sonic 3 and knuckles but this is what you have to do.you have to go on a file that you beat the game on go to angel island zone then go on one of those vines and press left left left,right right right,up up up and loos all your lifes and don't use any continues go back to that same saved file go to mushroom hill zone and go on one fo those pully things and do the same thing you did in angle island zone and go to any file and hold y un till theres no words
