How do you get debug for sonic and knukles I can't get angel island on there it just does mushroom hill

I don't know about debug but I can tell you ho to get level select.
It;s esey just go to the first pully and hang on it and put in the code
Left 3 rite 3 and up 3 then get a game over. Then press and hold y and
Press start
