How do you get past level 7. There is a box to put on fire but can't get bars down

What you do when you put the the boxover the fire is now you jump over it.
You have to defeat the gaurds and use the metal box to jump onto the two brown pillars, throw the switct to de-activate the gate, and use the box to put out 1 or 2 of the flames to pass by.
You have to defeat the guards and use the metal box to jump onto the one of the brown pillars, pull the lever to de-activate the gate, and use the box to put out 1/2 of the flames to pass
]you put the box by the right golden post jump ontop of the post then jump to the other post thats hanging by the 2 chains there you will find a swich then the poles will go down then like you know you will put the box on the flames and there you goyr free to go on!your welcome!
