Help!! I can not work out the empty bottle for the five elements in the storeroom in level three. I have the sand etc but everything I try to get an empty bottle leaves me without any bottles at all. I have attempted it about 1000 times and just can not work it out.

in the wine cellar on the turning rack is the empty bottle that you need for the urn puzzle look down near floor on the turning rack
It is on a small rack that is in middle of the room. It is not very high and looks a bit like a shoe rack. You will find it on the bottom of this rack if you go back to the wine cellar and stand back to the barrels
