Stuck on the first floor landing

I am stuck on the first floor landing and cannot find the parts to complete the statue at the end of the corridor. The clue says to study the stained glass window on the ground floor of the library and says that the items I am looking for are hidden somewhere on the first floor. I have been stuck for 2 days!!!!!

One septer is in the messy room behind the panel on the right hand side of the door. The puzzle answer is 7429.
