All you have to do is hold the potato seed bag and press the y button they will grow without help you don't need to do anything to them when they are full grown which if you have never planted potatoes then one of the girl I don't remember her name but she will come over and say the potatoes should be pretty big by now then you can walk over to the full grown potatoes and press the y button to harvest them if you put them in baskets they are much easier to carry
