Fred does find his parents . Well his parents find him one day they show up at his house his parents names are JUDY and FRANK they are part of the old MYSTERY INCORPARATED the locket daphney found belongs to FREDS MOM JUDY it has a picture of MR E JUDY her husband FRANK CRYSTAL DINAMITE WHICH REAL NAME IS CASSIDY WILLAMS AND THE MAYOR THAT STOLE FREDY WHEN HE WAS A BABY they where all in the photo in the locket daphney found oh and a bird name paraclits they where in the photo in the locket on the show called SCOOBYDOO MYSTERY INCORPORATED ON CARTOON NETWORK
