I need help finding things like silver ore and higher also how do you get the field to the west for toros cave?

You find ore in different caves like mt. Gigant you can get gold and what feild are you talking about
It will depend on what hammer you have and what cave you are in. In Carmite Cave, around a range of Scrap Iron to iron. For Toros Cave, Scrap Iron to Silver. For the cave inside the mountain, about the same as the Toros cave. As for Mt. Gigant A range of Scrap Iron to Gold. As for Misty Bloom Cave, the same range as Mt. Gigant, being the same for Kasmir ruins too and being that is the cave I'm on I have no more info
If the field is on the second floor, then I think you just have to go a different path
