How to make super fail as if it's can be made on the kitchen?

I had trouble raising Sofia's affection points, but some peoples recommend super fail and rare can.
Don't know why I rarely got rare can and super fail on treasure chest :( What is the recipe to make super fail? (if you can make one)

I think it depends on your cooking level. In earlier days when my cooking level below 10 or so I just fried some rocks/branches and it worked. But now when I just cook with the same igrendients it just came out with failed dish not super failed anymore :/
Buuuut if you have defeated the racoon just go to the maze in your trophy room, super failed dish appear there at random.

Well if you wanna get some exercise, just go to sol terrano
The fossil and kick some butt on monster boxes and
Sometimes you get super fails
