How do i....?

How do I take off those purple circle things that get me poisoned?
I'm still stuck at the messhina valley thing but I thought maybe it was one of those poison circles in the way...
Its worth a try because it's really get annoying
And I'll be really excited to know what happens when I have all the pieces to the puzzle...
Also, where can I find strong vine?
I've killed every creature and plant and still nothing?
Do I make it or something?
I need help!

Until you get to the 2nd generation and level up your pharmacy skills, you need to buy the Neutral Agent at the Clinic-I think they cost 100g. Be sure to till that plot once you take the poison ring off. I'm not sure about the strong vine, but I do know you can get the strong string from the white bug like monsters (forgot what they're called) that are in Trieste Forest at night at the 2nd field where you can till.

Strong vines can be found using the Inquisitive Waltz in certain areas of Blessia Island-at the Centre on the Dais, and at the Southwestern Beach. You're going to need patience to get it as it takes me a long while just to get one. If it says there's nothing there, you might want to move around the area a bit as it is location specific. Hope this helps

Well.... In the second generation as you get stronger you get more items in the wepon shop. One of those wepons is a posin ring. The poisin ring allows you to walk through the poison withount having any harmed done to you.
