Help!!!! Does anyone know where I find the rope and how do I tie it to the water faucet? Where is the water faucet???

just jump across to the tap and turn t on and it will tie itself
The question was WHERE IS THE ROPE, not turn it on itself. Im too have been searching for the rope as well. Where is. I can't find a walkthrough for this bucket of plenty or any other bit of this stupid game
The water faucet is by the stairs to enter the restaurant, but to get to it, you have to go by the gutter and Gusteau will talk repeatedly about the water faucet so you know you'll be close. As far as the rope, you don't need to find it. When you turn on the faucet (swipe of the tail) the rope will have already been there.
