The answer is Helpsos. It's the first letter of each word going down the left hand side of the page

I think she means that you cannot submit the answer, even when it is the right answer (helpsos). I have the same problem and it is really annoying because now I am stuck :(. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Did anyone figure out if this is a bug? We know the answer is helpsos but regardless of whether i use those letters or anyother random selection, when i press submit it takes me back to the begining of the puzzle agaon of thr puzzle again where it tells you its worth 10 picarats. I cant back up or go forward and if i reboot my ds i have to watch the whole setup story thing again. I cant move forward and its getting very annoying.....

It's an anti piracy measure lol. Guess you didn't get the game legally.
