I just can't figure out Chelmey's route; he passes a hat shop and a flower shop but only turns at cafe's. I think I've tried every option! Please help. It won't let me continue without solving this puzzle.

ok i've got the answer for every one.
ok first you turn right. then when you can right ( in that block there is a coffee shop) you will go till you walk two streets further. There are two hat shops you walk between them. Then you've got again a block with two coffeshops you'll have to walk to them and then to the goal.
