How do I get keldeo in it's reselution form, it knows sacred sword in white 2 but wount change.

To turn Keldeo into it's Resolute Forme, you must take it to the Pledge Grove just north of Floccesy Town. It can be taught Secret Sword. You may need the other Swords of Justice in your party.

Keldeo changes forms once it learns Secret Sword. You can teach Keldeo Secret Sword by having it in your Party and clicking on the Big Rock in Peldge Grove.
