After finishing the game once
Where I can find N for a rematch ?
Where is his castle ?
And how can I get Reshiram from him ?

N can be found in his Castle's Ruins. To get there, you actually have to work your way through Victory Road.
Here Is A Video On How To Find N.
After you defeat N, Reshiram will convert back into a stone. If you bring the stone to Dragonspiral Tower, you can battle Reshiram.

You follow zorark and he will lead you to N's castle first the forest then Victory Road and so on
