Is Giritina, Palkia or Dialga in Pokémon white? If so, where can I find them?

I have the stones that the Shadow Triad gave me from Ghiestis (bad spelling, sorry) but they say they should be held by the three legendaries Giritina, Palkia and Dialga. I am wondering where I can find them or if they have to be traded.

No. They are, however, obtainable through Pokémon Dream Radar, which works with Pokémon Black 2 and White 2.
