Why would you sell your Exp. Share?
You get one from the Battle Company in Castelia and you can get a second from the Pokemon Fan Club Chairman. If you've sold both, then the only way to get another is to trade for one. Do a normal trade (any two Pokemon), but have the other person's Pokemon hold an Exp. Share
