Every question that starts with "How do you beat..." is answered the same way: Train your Pokemon.
To beat the Elite 4 for the first time, your team should be all at least level 50. To beat the powered up Elite 4 your team should be about level 70. Your Krookodile should do wonders against Caitlin and Shauntal. Unfeazant and Emolga can handle Marshal. Grimsley may be a challenge, but use Samurott for his Krookodile, your Krookodile for his Bisharp, and your Unfeazant for his Scrafty. Simply overpower his Liepard.
Always train your team evenly. Do not favor one Pokemon like you have been.
Try and get some stronger Pokemon, rather than Emolga and Unfezant. Resort to legends if you have to.
Train all up to level 50 and use type advantages to beat them. Remember this may take some tries so save before you battle one.
Its all about technic take revives full restores and all different types of Pokemon because you want to have an advantage againist the elite for I suggest you save after each battle so you can turn it off and try agian.
