You find one in N's Castle, one at the Abundant Shrine, one in the Giant Chasm, one roams the land, one is in the Pinwheel Forest, one is in Victory Road, one is in the Mistralton Cave. Go exploring. Most are unobtainable without trading. Two are completely unavailable.

You can find up to Eight Legendary Pokemon in Pokemon White:
Victini - If you received the Liberty Pass Event Item, you can find Victini on Liberty Island.
Zekrom - You will battle Zekrom in N's Castle before you face N.
Thundurus - Will be roaming the Unova Region after you see it on Route 7.
Cobalion - Can be found deep inside Mistralton Cave.
Virizion - Can be found deep inside Pinwheel Forest.
Terrakion - Can be found deep inside Victory Road.
Kyurem - Can be found in the cave area of the Giant Chasm.
Landorus - Can be found at the end of the Abundant Shrine, if you have both Tornadus and Thundurus in your Party.
