Ive beat the game and have a lot of Pokemon and items what should I do restart the game or keep like that and one more thing is Pokemon black and white 2 already out?

I would recommend you keep your game and not restart it. That's just my opinion. You should do what you'd like to do.
Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2 are already out in Japan. They will be released in America and England in October.

Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 will be realesed in august.
You should not restart it and maybe trade and if you have wifi do some tournaments.
