There is not much to do in Anville Town. You cannot find/catch Pokemon in Anville Town. However, you can make Item Trades with people on the Weekend.

You can make item trades, and raid the lost and found (you can get vitamins). That is it. It is an extremely small town (no pokecenter, no connecting routes, cannot fly there).
