Yes, however you must trade for them or migrate them. Neither Mew nor Mewtwo can be caught in White Version.

No, not without hacking, trading, tranferring or some sort of event, can you obtain Mew or Mewtwo.

You can catch them with an action replay for mewtwo go to rout 1 find 2 lilipups at the top left of the first set of grass then go to bottom right youl find him in grass
But I want to know were Mew is

Doesn't work, I found a patrat not a mewtwo

You could have got Mewtwo by an event but other than that nothing really in wild.
