Deoxys cannot be found in Pokemon White. Since you can't get one by an Action Replay Code, your only bet to obtain one is by Trade or PokeTransfer.

Some of that is true you could a deoxys by having one in your team go to the musane where the second gym is then go to left where the old man is then selecd the meatitetor then there is deoxys but you must have one so try to find a someone who wil trade one on gtsn then do the rest hope this will help.
