Without knowing moves or abilities (although, half only have one), I would give your team a 9/10. My only concerns are that you have two Poison types, and that you have a Charizard and Blastoise but no Venusaur (the most awesome Pokemon ever).
But in all seriousness, without knowing moves, 9 is the best I can do.

I really like your Team. I would give it 10/10! It's very balanced.
Here are the Moves that I would give those Pokemon (Just my opinion):
Charizard - Thunderpunch, Earthquake, Outrage, Flare Blitz
Blastiose - Outrage, Earthquake, Waterfall, Ice Punch
Shiftry - Growth, Sunny Day, Solarbeam, Dark Pulse
Gengar - Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Shadowball, Explosion
Snorlax - Belly Drum, Rest, Earthquake, Return
Nidoking - Earth Power, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Fire Blast
