Question for Pokemon White
I have a level 19 machamp that I got over GTS and I want to know if it's a glitch because I Wanna use it in Pokemon regionals. Any help, thanks.

The only possible way for that Machamp to be legal, is if it was caught as a Machoke in the Rock Tunnel in HeartGold or SoulSilver. Machoke can be caught at level 14 there (it normally does not evolve until level 28).
It is possible to have a level 19 Machamp, however it is a destinct possibility that it is a hack. The people at the regionals should have something to test whether or not it is a hack.
