Question for Pokemon White

Ok, so this is a kind of weird question. I've been playing for a while, I have an AR, and I have beaten the game. So basically it started with me organizing my PC box, and I came across a Venusaur. When I tried to put my cursor over it, the game froze and I couldn't see anything about it. Also, a quick note, I have used many AR cheats before on this game, such as Quick egg hatch, instant egg, EV/IV viewer etc. Anyway, I restarted and thought it was just a random freeze, maybe too many cheats on or something. So I turner off all cheats and tried tappinng the Venusaur, but it froze again. I tried touching or tapping it many times, and whenever I do, the game freezes and I can't see anything data about it. I am thinking this Venusaur isn't mine, and was created by a cheat somehow. Anyway, I went on GTS, to receive a Pokemon from a trade, and I decided to see what happened if I viewed Venusaur on GTS and try to offer it for a trade. The game didn't freeze, and I was able to see the summary of it. It was really odd. I took a picture of it so you can see, but basically, here's what I saw:

Weird right? I know I don't have any Pokemon like that, and I don't know when this venusaur appeared in my pc.
When I tried to see it's moves, it says An error has occurred. Please turn off the power. So what I'm wondering is how to get rid of it. Has anyone else had a problem similar to this? Also, I I know it's just 1 space in my PC, but I'd prefer not having something glitchy on my game.http://imm.io/kJlQ
