There is no way to get Master balls besides Trading with 50 people then talking to the guy in the city with the boats. He's the 'Man In Black' on the top floor in the Pokemon center.

Hello I have a few masterballs I would be willing to give you by trading Pokemon, I also have a shiny shinx that I could trade it with for the right Pokemon ofcource

You can get more masterballs through Pokemon holding them in Wifi trade or using Action Replay codes.
