Did you obtain this by an Action Replay Code? If you did, this might be the problem. If you did use an Action Replay Code, try deleting that code. If that doesn't work, it seems like you have a bad egg. If it were me, I would try to deposit the Egg in a PC Box. The Egg should leave if you leave it in there long enough. If the Egg hatches before you reach a PC, it would seem your in a sticky situation. You may have to start a New Game if you cannot get rid of the Bad Egg.
If they are Legit Eggs and they are not hatching, something may be wrong with your game.
